Return, Refund and Shipping Policy:

At HashBrowns, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and a delightful shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, adjustments may be necessary. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns: Once an item is sold, we do not accept returns. We take great care to ensure that our products meet our stringent quality standards, and we encourage customers to review their order details, including size and specifications, before finalizing their purchase. However, we do offer the option to exchange the size of an item if the requested size is available in our inventory.

Exchanges: If you have received an item and wish to exchange it for a different size, we will be happy to assist you. Please note that exchanges can only be made within a span of 7 days from the date of order receipt. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags and packaging intact. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details, and we will guide you through the process. Kindly note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the requested size will be in stock.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchased items. We believe in providing accurate product descriptions and images to help customers make informed decisions. We encourage you to review the details of your order carefully before completing your purchase. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of the received item, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of order receipt. We may request additional information or evidence, such as photographs, to assess the situation. Once we have confirmed the issue, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include an exchange for a replacement item or a store credit.

We value your satisfaction and will make every effort to address any concerns or issues you may have. Note: This return and refund policy applies to purchases made directly from HashBrowns. If you have purchased our products through a third-party retailer or platform, please refer to their specific return and refund policies.

Shipping:

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. Hash Browns does not ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders ship from Mumbai.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.

Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In this case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or by check mailed to the address listed for the order for the amount initially paid. For refunds issued to the original payment method, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

All orders are reviewed by our security team and can be cancelled by Hash Browns at any time.

Once your order has been processed by our fulfillments team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information enclosed. 

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods.

PRE-ORDER POLICY:

Items that are marked as pre-order are expected to ship upon arrival to our facility. All customers are charged at checkout for pre-order items to the payment method provided. For orders within India, Hash Browns offers complimentary 3-5 days standard shipping and delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

Hash Browns offers worldwide shipping. Delivery duties and fees are dependent on shipping location. Reach out to hashbrownsfashion@gmail.com with any questions about international shipping abilities.

All international orders will be shipped via dhl express/ups/couriervia. 

Shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for the 24 hour order processing window.
